The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague. The registration number and VAT number above can be checked against the public registers operated by the Czech authorities (for example the ARES business register and the VIES VAT number validation service).

We do not publish a telephone number. Under Article 5(1)(c) of Directive 2000/31/EC the operator must provide details enabling rapid, direct and effective contact by electronic mail; we do that through the address above and undertake to answer within the period stated on our contact page.

The site is hosted on infrastructure operated on the publisher's behalf and served from within the European Union. Czech law does not require the publisher of a website to name its hosting provider in the legal notice; if you need the identity of the host for a legal purpose, request it at info@veldator.online and we will supply it.

Nature of the site

veldator.online is an independent editorial site. It publishes commentary and explanatory guides about consumer security software. It is not a shop: no goods or services are sold here, no payment is taken here, and no account can be created here.

The site is funded by affiliate commission. Links marked “partner link” lead to third-party vendors; if you buy from one of them after following such a link, the publisher may receive a commission from that vendor. Your price is not affected. This is disclosed on every page carrying such a link and is explained in full in our editorial policy.

Contracts and after-sales

Any purchase you make after following a partner link is a contract between you and that vendor, not between you and Canadian Cleaning Company s.r.o.. The vendor is responsible for delivery, licensing, billing, renewal, support, warranty and your statutory withdrawal rights. We have no access to your order and cannot cancel, refund or amend it.
